We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a Contract and Project Administrator on a part-time basis until May 2019.
As Contract and Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing contract and project administration support to the Health Procurement team.
This includes supporting the process by which Health Procurement reaches agreement with its contracted suppliers for the delivery of health services to ACC clients, circulating relevant information to ACC branches, updating changes to contracts and ensuring all parties are fully informed.
What we’re looking for:
As you will be administering all aspects of the contract process (including receipt, evaluation and signing of contracts) it is critical that you have a detailed and accurate approach to your work. You will also need to be highly organised and be able to work with changing priorities. It would also be beneficial if you have had experience of or exposure to working in a contract administration role.
You will also provide project support to the team as required; having the flexibility and adaptability to step in and out of different tasks as the projects progress. You will be able to think on your feet and will want to go the extra mile to ensure your contribution to the team is invaluable.
You will have a high level of computer literacy and the ability to navigate various databases. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an above average ability with both Word and Excel.
